Health and Human Services Home Page Discussion

I manage the content for Health and Human Services and from time to time, I hear from my colleagues from the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security on ways to improve our site. Today, I got a chance to sit down with Fiona who works on website improvement, content, best practices, etc. It’s always nice to speak with her because we get chat about new technology that is either happening in the Commonwealth but also outside of the Commonwealth. I also like speaking with her because it gives me time to give my feedback on the system, how the pages are set up, and also what I’ve been hearing from my peers. So, we discussed a few pieces we could implement on our “organization” page that would help our constituents find content better and also allow for them to see other aspects of what’s offered and how HHS is working for them! A lot to consider but with just a few pieces created and implemented, we feel we could get better a better response from our constituents! A few things to discuss with my team, but all things doable.
